Account & Identity

• Name, phone number, email address, and residential address.
• Identity documents such as ID card or passport, and — for self-drive rentals and drivers — driving license details.
• For rental partners: commercial registration, licenses, and bank account details for settlement.

Booking & Trip Data

• Vehicles booked, rental dates, pick-up and drop-off details, and trip history.
• Ratings, reviews, and support communications.

Payment Data

• Payment card details are processed through our secure payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Transaction records, deductions, deposits, and settlement details.

Technical & Location Data

• Device information, app version, and usage activity needed to operate the service.
• Location data, where you enable it, to show nearby vehicles and drivers and to support pick-up.

• To create and manage your account and verify eligibility.
• To process bookings, payments, deposits, settlements, and refunds.
• To connect customers with rental companies and drivers, and to enable trips.
• To send booking confirmations, updates, and important notices via email, SMS, or app notifications.

• To maintain safety, prevent fraud and misuse, and enforce our terms.

• With rental companies and drivers, only the information needed to fulfil a booking (such as name, contact, and relevant booking details).
• With secure payment processors to complete transactions.
• With service providers who help us operate the platform, under confidentiality obligations.
• With authorities, courts, or the Royal Oman Police where required by law or to resolve incidents, accidents, or disputes.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• We use secure servers located within the Sultanate of Oman for data storage.
• We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and must notify us immediately of any suspected security breach.
